7. MADE-TO-ORDER AND SMALL-BATCH PRODUCTS

Certain Kyzzme Boutique products, including bamboo lip balms, may be handmade or made to order.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated processing or delivery dates are not guaranteed. During holidays, promotions, high-volume periods, supply disruptions, or severe weather, processing may take longer.

Once production begins, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by the current Kyzzme Boutique Shipping Policy posted on our website.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

After a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, emergencies, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should promptly contact us about missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders so we can review the situation.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the current Kyzzme Boutique Refund and Return Policy posted on our website.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed lip products generally cannot be returned or resold unless required by law.

Not liking a scent, flavor, texture, color, or natural product variation does not automatically make an item defective.

10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes:
