No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed lip care products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. Kyzzme Boutique is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before use.


Shipping Issues

Kyzzme Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
